By accessing and using our platform, including our web application (www.ederest.com), our browser extensions Ederest DAP (Digital Adoption Platform) and Ederest Creator, and any related services, you agree to comply with these terms of use. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Platform: The Ederest website (www.ederest.com), mobile applications, and browser extensions including Ederest DAP and Ederest Creator. Services: All training, simulation, digital adoption, content creation, and analytics services offered by Ederest through the Platform. Browser Extensions: Ederest DAP is a Chrome browser extension that provides real-time in-application guidance, interactive walkthroughs, and contextual help overlays within supported ERP systems. Ederest Creator is a Chrome browser extension that enables authorized users to create, edit, and publish guided walkthroughs and training content directly within supported applications. User: Any person or entity using the Platform, including any of its browser extensions. Content: All information, data, text, software, images, videos, guided walkthroughs, and overlay elements accessible on or through the Platform.
To access certain services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. To use Ederest DAP or Ederest Creator, you must install the respective browser extension from the Chrome Web Store and authenticate with your Ederest account.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. You agree not to share your account with third parties. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend access without notice. Use of Ederest DAP and Ederest Creator requires a compatible Chromium-based browser and an active Ederest subscription or authorized access through your organization.
You agree to use the Platform, including Ederest DAP and Ederest Creator extensions, only for lawful purposes. Prohibited actions include: attempting to hack or disrupt the Platform or its extensions, using bots or automated scripts, copying or reproducing content without authorization, selling access to your account, reverse-engineering or decompiling the extensions, using the extensions to collect data from third-party applications in violation of their terms, or using Ederest Creator to produce content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
All content on the Platform, including guided walkthroughs, overlay elements, training materials, and any content generated through Ederest DAP and Ederest Creator (courses, simulations, images, logos, etc.), is protected by copyright. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content solely for personal or internal business training purposes. Content created using Ederest Creator remains the intellectual property of the creating organization, subject to Ederest retaining rights over the underlying technology, templates, and platform infrastructure.
You may submit content (comments, responses, documents). You retain ownership but grant Ederest a license to use, modify, and distribute this content. You guarantee that your content does not infringe third-party rights.
Service prices are indicated in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), Euros (EUR), or US Dollars (USD) depending on your location. Prices may change at any time with notice.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
Refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase for B2C users. For B2B contracts, refund conditions are specified in the specific agreement.
Ederest provides the Platform, including Ederest DAP and Ederest Creator extensions, as-is without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free performance. The extensions interact with third-party web applications and their functionality may be affected by changes to those applications. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months. Ederest is not responsible for any issues arising from the interaction between our extensions and third-party applications.
We may suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your settings. Termination does not affect payment obligations.
We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email or through a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Casablanca courts.
