Account & registration

How do I create an account on Ederest?

Click "Get started" on the homepage, enter your email, create a password and confirm your account via the confirmation email. You can start for free with the Starter plan.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Click "Forgot password" on the login page, enter your email and follow the instructions you receive by email to reset your password.

How do I edit my personal information?

Log in to your account, go to "My profile" then "Settings". There you can edit your personal information, profile picture and preferences.

Subscriptions & payments

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept international bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Moroccan cards (CMI), PayPal, and bank transfers for annual subscriptions.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade immediately. To downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to "Settings" > "Manage my subscription" > "Cancel subscription". Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period. No charge will be made after that date.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. Contact us at contact@ederest.com to request it.

Which ERPs are available on the platform?

We offer training on SAP (S/4HANA, SAP ECC), Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite, and other ERPs based on market demand.

Are the courses in French?

Yes, most of our courses are in French. We also offer content in English and Arabic for some modules.

How do ERP simulations work?

Our simulations are AI-based and reproduce real ERP environments. You can practice risk-free with realistic business scenarios.

Are the certificates recognized?

Yes, our certificates are recognized by partner companies in Morocco and Africa. They attest to the skills you've gained on the platform.

Is the platform accessible on mobile?

Yes, Ederest is fully responsive and accessible from your mobile browser. A mobile app is under development.

What are the minimum requirements?

An up-to-date modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), a stable internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps) and a screen of at least 1024x768 pixels.
