1. Introduction
Welcome to Ederest. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms of use. Please read them carefully before using our services.
2. Definitions
Platform: The Ederest website and mobile applications. Services: All training, simulation, and analytics services offered by Ederest. User: Any person or entity using the Platform. Content: All information, data, text, software, images, videos accessible on the Platform.
3. Access to Services
3.1 Registration
To access certain services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
3.2 Access Conditions
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. You agree not to share your account with third parties. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend access without notice.
4. Use of Services
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. Prohibited actions include: attempting to hack or disrupt the Platform, using bots or automated scripts, copying or reproducing content without authorization, or selling access to your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (courses, simulations, images, logos, etc.) is protected by copyright. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content solely for personal or internal business training purposes.
6. User Content
You may submit content (comments, responses, documents). You retain ownership but grant Ederest a license to use, modify, and distribute this content. You guarantee that your content does not infringe third-party rights.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
7.1 Pricing
Service prices are indicated in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), Euros (EUR), or US Dollars (USD) depending on your location. Prices may change at any time with notice.
7.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
7.3 Refunds
Refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase for B2C users. For B2B contracts, refund conditions are specified in the specific agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ederest provides the Platform as is without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free performance. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your settings. Termination does not affect payment obligations.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email or through a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Casablanca courts.
